Sonny: Thanks for the smoke.

Takes a big puff in

Liam: No problem, mate.

Sonny: I am sorry, I didn’t get your name.

Liam: Liam.

Sonny: It’s getting quite chilly.

Passes the smoke to Liam.

Liam: The weather is bad, but it won’t rain.

Sonny looks at the cloudy sky

Liam: You look quite tense, man. You can spill it here.

Sonny: I won’t bother you with my petty story.

Liam: Hey, better tell it to a stranger than let it eat you from the inside.

Sonny: Life feels so incomplete, even after getting everything.

Liam: At least you got things.

Sonny: What is the use of things if they can’t fill the hole inside?

Liam: What hole, man? It’s just life.

Sonny: I lost myself to chase happiness, and all I have now is my desolate happiness.

Rain starts. Sonny starts to walk away with slight discomfort

Sonny looks down and sees red rushing from his waist. The pain hits him. He turns back and sees Liam holding a knife

Liam: Sorry, man. No use for keys without the car’s location.

Sonny falls to the ground and watches Liam walk away with the keys. Sonny’s face is pressed toward a puddle

he finally sees his reflection. He growls in pain. A street light flashes on the other side of the road.

Sonny sees a rat on the other side of road taking shelter.

The street light goes off.
